Join us for a 2.5-hour wellness experience, diving deep into the naturopathic understanding of the immune system, while sharing valuable tips on how to enhance it through diet and lifestyle.
We'll begin with a 30-minute mat Pilates class hosted by myself, Nina, followed by a 30-minute Yin Yoga session with the beautiful Lily Coffey. This event is designed to leave you feeling centred, knowledgeable, and grounded.
There will be prize giveaways on the day, goodie bags valued at $40, and most importantly, delicious food and drinks to enjoy.
