Appointment Booking

  • All appointments can be booked via our online booking page under the booking tab. If you need further assistance, please send an email to hello@adarawellness.com.au

  • Bookings made through the online booking system are tentative. You will receive a confirmation email or text to confirm your appointment. Reminders will be sent one week and one day prior to your consultation.

New Clients

  • New Client Forms: A new patient intake form must be completed before your first consultation. This form includes basic information, family history, current health complaints, and medications/supplements. This allows us to conduct a thorough initial assessment and plan your treatment effectively.

Arrival Time

  • Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth flow and to avoid delays for subsequent consultations.

Late Arrivals

  • If you are late for a consultation, we will try to accommodate you within the remaining time, provided it does not impact other appointments. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will incur a fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy to respect the time of our practitioners and other clients. Failure to cancel within this period will result in a 100% consultation fee charge.

Payments

  • Payments are made via the online booking system and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Rescheduling

  • Clients can reschedule or cancel appointments up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled time. To change or reschedule, please contact us at hello@adarawellness.com.au

  • Consultations rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment time may incur a 50% service fee.

  • Failure to attend an appointment will result in a 100% fee charge.

  • If the practitioner is unable to attend the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and the appointment will be rescheduled.

Policy Changes

  • Adara Wellness reserves the right to change any policy as deemed necessary. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to clients via email.
